Winstrol is a very popular oral or injectable anabolic-androgenic steroid. It ranks up there with deca and dianabol as the most widely used and abused drug by competitive athletes.  Stanozolol is commonly refered to as winny (winstrol). Winstrol comes in two forms as mentioned above - both oral and injectable. The injections are the same methylated compound as the oral form of the drug. However, due to this feature, it cannot be esterified for time release. Winstrol has a short active life of around 8 hours.  The injectable version of winny is known to give more results. In equal doses as the oral variety, there is still more breakdown upon first pass metabolism in the liver, which makes it difficult for the blood to absorb an equal amount of the substance. However, complications can arise from the injectable form of winstrol in the same way they arise of any injectable drug - some of these include the development of abscesses and lumps. Injections can be painful at times, and this will create the need to rotate injection sites. It is possible to drink winny. This is possible since it the injectable form of winstrol is the same as the oral kind (as stated above), and since it is methylated it can withstand the liver.  Winstrol, like dianabol, should not be used for extended periods of time since it is a 17-alpha-alkylated substance. Using it for much longer than 4-6 weeks is not adviseable. Some athletes have been known to use it for eight weeks or even longer, but elevated liver values are a possibility if this is the case. For the sake of safety, such a long length of use is not recommended. 4-6 weeks will give the user good results and will add a boost to his or her steroid cycle, especially if stacked with a longer acting injectable ester. The reason for quick results with winstrol is due to its short active life and combined with a greater frequency of injection or oral consumption, results are fairly quick. Winstrol is a 5-alpha reduced substrate. 5-alpha reduction breaks the double bond between positions 4 and 5, which is what is required for aromatase to convert to estrogen. Aromatase is the primary enzyme used for the manufacturing of estrogen within the male body. For avoiding gyno, winstrol is well suited.  Since winstrol is not capable of converting into estrogen, anti-estrogen ancillary drugs such as nolvadex or clomid are not necessary when using this steroid. Gyno will not be a concern for even the most sensitive individuals when using this steroid. Winstrol is excellent for lean gains since water retention is reduced when using this steroid. This is due to the fact that estrogen is the cause of water retention. It is excellent to use among athletes who are seeking for a combination of both strength and speed.  Another point about stanozolol is its supposed anti-progestagenic effects. Winstrol is said to bind and compete for a position at the progesterone receptor in much the same way that clomid or nolvadex does at the estrogen receptor. This is said to cause winstrol to inhibit progestagenic effects. Progesterone does play a role in the development of gyno since it can aggravate estrogenic side-effects by agonizing estrogen and it also plays a role in gyno.  Since winstrol requires daily injections, users will rotate spot injections at different sites. Quads, shoulders, biceps, and triceps are examples. Sustanon is a blend of four different testosterone esters. Esters are attached to steroids for the main purpose of making it more lipophilic. This way, the steroid remains in the adipose tissue longer when injected and is released slowly in the bloodstream over time. Longer esters are more lipophilic while shorter esters are less lipophilic. Sustanon, in it's most common form - sustanon 250 - is a unique blend of one long ester, one short ester and two medium length esters. The purpose for this blend is to provide the user with a quick release of the steroid, but also a long lasting one.  Sustanon acts as a time released steroid which is high in both anabolic and androgenic value. The fastest acting ester of the blend - testosterone propionate - becomes active in the first day. The other esters become active over the several weeks to follow where they reach a peak with the actions of all four esters which remain for the remainder of the cycle.  The athlete using sustanon can expect rapid increases in strength and fat free mass. Sustanon does aromatize, but slightly less than some other single ester testosterones which leads to less water retention when compared to other steroids.

Testosterone Sustanon general information INJECTION INFORMATION If a steroid user uses a long acting testosterone (such as testosterone enanthate), they will inject it once or twice each week. At the end of each week, the long acting ester has tapered down to its original levels and threatens to drop below that level if a new injection is not made. With sustanon, this is not the case due to it's blend of four esters, including the two short ones - propionate and phenylpropionate. As a result of these two shorter esters, more frequent injections are necessary to keep stable blood levels are make full use of all esters in the blend. If a user injections sustanon only once per week for example, full use is not as easily made of the propionate and phenylpropionate esters which release quickly and taper off at a faster rate due to their shorter half lives. The issue of sustanon injections remains heatly debated online. Many users claim that injection only twice a week or even once a week is sufficient for sustanon. However, from my experience, many of these same users are running high quantities of sustanon (as much as 750mg and more each week). The logical conclusion here is that sustanon can be injected only once a week, but as stipulated above, this is done only at the loss of the shorter acting propionate and phenylpropionate esters. Injection one gram of sustanon weekly will still take full advantage of the shorter acting isocaproate and decanoate esters which combined account for 64% of the total blend. 64% of 1000mg weekly is equal to 640mg of active steroid which, in my opinion, can be achieved through more frequent injections at a lower dose to optimize the effect of the short acting esters, accounting for a total use of 100% of the blend. Every other day, or daily injections is the best way to insure the maximum effects of all four esters in the blend.  For use as a long acting testosterone, sustanon is a poor choice over enanthate of cypionate. For the purpose of front loading, sustanon may be an excellent choice to kick start a mass building cycle with other testesterons in the mix at a later date within the same cycle.  SIDE EFFECTS Sustanon, like all other testosterones, is highly anabolic and as a result, the side effects of quite high compared to its androgenic counterparts. Androgenic side effects such as hair loss, prostate hypertrophy, deepening of the voice are possible with the use of sustanon, as well as related estrogenic side effects such as gynecomastia and water retention. However, sustanon does not convert to estrogen at quite the same rate as it's slower acting counterparts testosterone enanthate and cypionate, and gyno is usually not seen as frequently. It still is a side effect and should be accounted for. As a result of these potential side effects, ancillary drugs such as anti estrogens like nolvadex or clomid as well as HCG may be required and are always a smart idea to keep on hand in case symptoms of gynecomastia or extreme testicular atrophy arise. As a general rule of thumb, you will want to keep two grams of nolvadex on hand and at least a few amps of HCG for possible prevention. Testosterone is not toxic in any way and should not give you any problems other than the normal testosterone related side effects. The hypothalamic pituitary testicular axis (HPTA) should be restored back to normal after standard post cycle therapy consisting of either clomid or nolvadex takes place. However, there is no guarantee as with anything in life, but in all likeliness, testicular atrophy (shrinkage) should be restored fairly quickly post cycle as your body's natural testosterone production is restored.  As mentioned, HCG may also be something the sustanon using athlete would like to keep on hand during cycle, but this is normally not required if doses are low. Natural testosterone should restore itself over time.  A major concern for many steroid users is liver toxicity. In the case of sustanon, liver toxicity is low except in doses above and beyond the minimum dose required for abuse. The liver is used to metabolizing testosterone since it occurs naturally in the body and so it isn't really a problem for the liver to metabolize it, even at the greatly increased levels used by most bodybuilders. Sustanon improves muscle pumps, speeds up recovery time and increases training motivation / aggresiveness. All in all, it is a pretty effective steroid.  STACKING AND USE Because of the long acting esters contained in sustanon (isocaproate and decanoate), sustanon is most commonly used as a long acting testosterone. Other similar long acting testosterones include testoviron, testosterone enanthate, and testosterone cypionate.  Due to the combination of small, medium and long acting esters, the compound is not easily controllable if injection frequency is kept minimal (as mentioned above). As a result, if problems occur while using sustanon, discontinuing the product is not an option. The proper use of anti estrogenic compounds is necessary for anyone planning on using sustanon either alone or stacked with other anabolic / androgenic compounds.  Good results can be seen with 250-500mg over sustanon every 7-10 days.  Although bodybuilders can hope that a testosterone product they are using will not aromatize, it sometimes does, and as a result, the use of anti-estrogens or an aromatase blocker should be included. Unfortunately, an aromatase blocker will compromise your gains since it literally stops estrogen from being made. Androgenic related problems can be reduced somewhat by the use of finasteride, which will stop the conversion of testosterone to its more androgenic component DHT.  Sustanon stacks well with any other steroid. Testosterones are normally stronger compounds when stacked. Sustanon can be stacked with deca-durabolin, equipose, primobolan or dianabol for example. Testosterone naturally stacks well with just about anything. Testosterone suspension becomes active only one hour after it is injected. Suspension increases strength and aggressiveness at a rapid rate and muscle mass gains are relatively quick with its use - superior to other steroids. Testosterone suspension is able to increase glycogen storage in muscle tissue - increases in hardness, vascularity, and overall condition are possible while using testosterone suspension depending on your diet and what your goals are, as well as what drugs suspension is being stacked with. Since suspension is a very potent steroid, it is normally used for bulking purposes.  Testosterone suspension is a more advanced steroid to use since the frequency of injections is greater to maximize its potential benefits. As a result, the total weight is pure free based testosterone because ester weight does not need to be taken into consideration. Under normal circumstances, ester weight needs to be subtracted from total weight to get the weight of the free based testosterone in the agent. For example, sustanon 250 contains 188 mg of free based testosterone per 250 mg solution. Since suspension is pure testosterone, it is the most powerful testosterone gram for gram (since ester weight is not a factor). As a result, suspension is very powerful steroid.  Suspension does not go directly into the blood. However, when it does go into the blood it releases quickly and delivers very high peak doses. Since it is a short acting agent, it must be injected every day or at the least every other day for maximum effect. If an injection schedule less frequent than that is performed, the user risks not maximizing the effects of the steroid which will naturally result in less overall muscle mass and strength gains. Certainly not desirable for the enhanced athlete.  Since suspension is solely free based testosterone, it can be used in lower quantities than its esterified counterparts since there is no need to compensate for ester weight. However, generally speaking, suspension is used in the same quantities as other esterified testosterones and as a result yields very dramatic results. If used in this manner or stacked with an oral steroid such as dianabol, the user should not be surprised with dramatic gains in muscle mass over the duration of the cycle.  Along with gains in muscle mass, increased levels of water retention and bloat can be seen while using testosterone suspension. Risks of estrogen related side effects such as gynecomastia are certainly a real possibility, and the suspension using athlete should be familiar with ancillary drugs such as nolvadex andclomid in case symptoms of gyno arise. Suspension is highly androgenic as well as being highly anabolic and as a result, prostate hypertrophy (size increase), facial and body hair increases and deepening of the voice are possible side effects from its use. Suspension is normally used for bulking, but like any testosterone can be used for cutting if stacked with the appropriate agents. Spot injections are popular with suspension (as well as winstrol since it is said to cause localized growth. For example, a biceps site injection using suspension is said to increase the overall size. It is slightly less painful to inject than winstrol or propionate but is still somewhat painful and the user should be prepared for some discomfort. Site injections are sometimes painful and whether or not they actually work is still a heatly debated topic. Regardless of where you inject the suspension, you will make gains off it, even if not the localized type (providing a good diet and training regiment are utilized).

Testosterone Suspension general information INJECTION INFORMATION Like propionate, suspension must be injected every day or every other day to maximize its effectiveness. As mentioned above, site injections of suspension are said to increase levels of localized growth at that site, but this is still widely debated in bodybuilding circles. In any case, injections are slightly more painful than injections of enanthate or cypionate, but less painful than winstrol or propionate.  SIDE EFFECTS High rates of acne, water retention, and aromatization are possible while using testosterone suspension. Increased blood pressure and liver toxicity are normally not an issue unless dosages are very high. The reason for that being because the liver is already accustomed to processing testosterone. Testosterone suspension readily converts to DHT and significantly suppresses HPTA function. As a result, the user should be familiar with a host of ancillary drugs included anti-estrogens such as nolvadex and clomid as well as HCG which may be beneficial to run during cycle to prevent the suppression of HPTA and decrease the length of time required to achieve normalization post cycle. Generally speaking, natural testosterone production should return to normal post cycle whether or not HCG is used, but HCG is known to dramatically decrease the length of time required to see this normalization take place.  STACKING AND USE Suspension is generally used for bulking, and as such is an incredibly potent agent. Beginners will likely want to avoid suspension due to the frequency in which injections are necessary and the accompanying pain of such injections (although suspension is certainly not the worst culprit and far more painful injectable steroids exist). Since 100% of the suspension solution is free based testosterone, anabolic / androgenic side effects will likely be more pronounced than with its esterified testosterone counterparts. Suspension is best when injected daily at around 50-100 mg. Stacking suspension with compounds which have a lower ocurrence of androgenic side effects such as deca-durabolin, or equipose in dosages of 300-400 mg per week would create an excellent mass building stack. To jump start gains from suspension, using an oral steroid such as dianabol or anadrol for the first 4-6 weeks is a possibility, but the user should be aware of the potency of suspension before considering such stacks. Also, if the first time user does choose to use suspension, no stacking should be necessary. For one, this is good advice even when less potent esterified testosterones such as enanthate and cypionate are used, and is especially important with suspension since it is entirely free based testosterone and as a result, far more potent. Suspension is best used for 10-12 weeks given the length of time in which it takes for levels to peak, but with daily injections, many opt for shorter cycles.  As with any other testosterone, having ancillary drugs on hand is very important. Anti-estrogens such as nolvadex or its weaker counterpart, clomid, should be kept on hand and used in the case estrogenic side effects rear their head. proviron or arimidex (both aromatase blockers) can be used with suspension to prevent estrogen from building up. Suspension is a very potent compound, but the user should be made aware that the concurrent use of aromatase blockers will reduce gains. This is not a very attractive for the athlete bulking, but if side effects can be minimized or eliminated it may be worth it. Appropriate COST-BENEFIT analysis' should be performed before using any steroid or deciding what to include in the stack as well as post cycle. Proviron should be the aromatase blocker of choice when using suspension. However, for individuals prone to male pattern baldness, an investment in arimidex would be wise (although it is normally more expensive). The reason for this is because proviron can increase androgen related side effects.  Suspension significantly decreases HPTA and proper diet, training and use of ancillary drugs post cycle are vastly important when suspension has been cycled. The use of HCG and nolvadex or clomid should be considered a priority for post cycle therapy. An example of how these drugs could be run would be 3000-5000 IU every 5-6 days of HCG for the last two weeks of a cycle and then starting nolvadex 4-5 days after the last shot of suspension. The user should begin the nolvadex at 40-50 mg per day for two weeks, then taper this quantity down to 20-25mg for another two weeks.
